THE KING OF FISH AND CHIPS is the first of The New York Times “Almost Famous” series of short documentaries. It tells the tale of Haddon Salt, proprietor of H. Salt Fish & Chips restaurant and his pursuit of the American dream, nearly becoming one of the most recognizable pitchmen in the food industry.
